This is the fifth annual "Run For Her Life" virtual/in-person 5K and Half-Marathon!

💖 About the Initiative

• Mission: The Phoenix Phase Initiative is an Iowa-based non-profit dedicated to helping women who have been sexually trafficked around the world.
• Support: These women are rarely given a chance to escape and, when they do get the chance, they RUN for it!
• Resources: The Phoenix Phase Initiative provides a place to run to where they can be accepted, receive counseling, and learn job skills.

🎶 Race Day Highlights

• Entertainment: The in-person race will have LIVE MUSIC.
• Refreshments: Enjoy a FREE beer from Gezellig Brewing Company (or craft soda).
• Food: Savor delicious offerings from the Jana's Snack Shack food truck.

👕 Registration Details

To be guaranteed a shirt and bag, PLEASE sign up by April 29, 2025.

Please note: Runners/walkers who sign up after April 29, 2025 WILL receive a shirt, medal, and bag, but they will likely NOT be available the day before or the day of the race! They will be made after May 17 and distributed as soon as possible.

🚦 Course Information

This will be an open course, but there will be police presence and volunteers directing traffic at the major intersections. Please follow all traffic laws!
