Snowman Scram 1 Mile Fun Run and 5K Run/Walk

❄️ Event Overview

The Snowman Scram 5K Run/Walk and 1 mile fun run is a fun wintertime event designed as a fundraiser for the Pentwater Cross Country and Track Teams.

📅 Date

Date: February 14th, 2026

🕒 Time

• 1 Mile Fun Run: Starts at 11:00 am
• 5K Run/Walk: To follow the 1 Mile Fun Run

📍 Location

Start and finish by the bus barn/track at the school.

💲 Entry Fees

• 1 Mile Fun Run: $25.00
• 5K Run/Walk: $35.00

🏃‍♀️ Packet Pickup

• Location: In the lobby of the school
• Warm-up: You can use the gym to warm up!
• Preparation: Packet pickup and same-day registration begins at 9:30 am
• Registration Cut-off: All runners must be registered by 10:30 am

🥤 Post-Race Amenities

• Water: Available at the finish
• Refreshments: Available in the cafeteria after the race
• Door Prizes: There will be a few door prizes!
• Virtual Option: All 5K virtual runners will receive a tech long-sleeve t-shirt and finisher medal

⏱️ Race Timing

• Chip Timing: We will be providing chip timing for the race
• Results: Results will be very quick!

🏅 Shirts and Medals

• Pre-Registered Participants: A long sleeve tech t-shirt is included if registered by February 7th
• Day Of Registrants: Will likely not receive a shirt
• Finishers Medals: Guaranteed for all 1 mile fun runners with pre-registration by February 7th

🏆 Awards

• Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations due to weather
• Placement Medals: Awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in various age categories
• Categories: Under 10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• Trophies: For overall male and female winners and male and female masters (40+) winners
