TLC Chiropractic is hosting our Fourth Annual Head Heart & Hands 5K Run/1 Mile Walk on Saturday, September 27th, 2025.

For the past three years, we’ve been honored to donate the proceeds of our race to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness). Thanks to our amazing community:

- 2023 Contribution: $1,427
- 2024 Contribution: $2,560
- 2025 Goal: $3,500—Every step counts!
