ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED

Our 31st Annual Arc Race will be in-person with the options of running/walking virtually this year, which means people from across CNY, the US, and the WORLD can participate in supporting our mission! Getting involved has never been easier! When you sign up to walk or run, you support the Arc of Onondaga Foundation's efforts on behalf of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who receive support from Arc of Onondaga. Since 2002, the Arc of Onondaga Foundation has given over $1,000,000 in grants that have made a positive and lasting effect on the people and families that Arc supports.

🎽 Event Options

• Event Choice: Choose your event – the 5k (in-person or virtual), Kids 1 Mile Fun Run, or the 3k Family Fun Walk!
• Support: Whether you run or walk, you will be supporting the Arc of Onondaga Foundation in its efforts to raise important funds so individuals with developmental disabilities can lead purpose-driven, independent and inclusive lives in our community.

👩‍🤝‍👨 Athletes in Tandem Program

This year will mark the eleventh year of our Athletes in Tandem program which fosters relationships between athletes with disabilities and community runners and walkers to enhance their quality of life by empowering them to participate in competitive sporting events. 📝 Registration Information

All registrations will be online only. Credit card is preferred, no cash or paper accepted. Register by 8/28/25 to be guaranteed a tee shirt.

⏰ Start Times

• Kids 1 Mile Fun Run: Start Time 8:30 am
• 3k Walk: Start Time 8:35 am
• 5k: Start Time 9:00 am

📦 Packet Pickup

Race bibs and shirts will be available for pickup Friday, September 5th from 11 am-6 pm at Fleet Feet, 5800 Bridge Street in East Syracuse. If you cannot make it to Packet Pickup, bibs and shirts will be available on race day in the Registration area.
