🏃‍♂️ Running Events

• Registrations: Registrations for the 5K, 10K, Double Dip include a premium race shirt (guaranteed deadline 5/15), a finisher medal (as supplies last), a catered post-race picnic (vegan option available), and kids' fun zone activities.

🏃‍♀️ 10K Run

• Course: 6.2 mile USTAF-certified, double-loop course through Binghamton's Southwest side.
• Requirements: This event is RUN ONLY!
• Time Limit: Participants MUST be able to finish the course in one hour and 20 minutes.

🏞️ 5K Run & Walk

• Course: 3.1-mile USTAF-certified course starts and finishes in MacArthur Park, looping through Binghamton's Southwest side.
• Discounts: Discounted pricing is available for young runners 17 and under.
• Strollers: Strollers are permitted for walkers willing to start at the back of the pack only. No dogs are permitted on our course.

🏅 Double-Dip Run

• Race: Race twice for one discounted price!
• Finish: Run the 5K and 10K and enjoy a free frozen treat as your sweet reward!

🎊 FREE Confetti Fun Run

• Event: The largest kids' run in Greater Bing features a .3-mile loop course for kids 8-12 and a straight dash through the park for kiddos 2-7.
• Features: Both races will feature a confetti blast start and a treat bag at the finish!
• Kids Fun Zone: Stay and play in our FREE Kids Fun Zone!

• Healthy Kids Running Series Sponsorship: As the culmination of their training, all spring HKRS Binghamton registrants will be granted FREE entry to our 5K race!

• Top Finishers: The Top Three 10K Overall and Masters finishers, Male and Female, will receive a CASH PRIZE!
• Age Groups: Top Three Male and Female across multiple age groups will receive prizes.
• 5K Awards: Top Three 5K Overall and Masters, Male and Female, will also receive a CASH PRIZE!
• Double-Dip: Top Three Overall Male and Female Double-Dip finishers will receive a non-cash prize. All Double Dippers receive a free frozen treat at the post-race picnic.

⚽ Southside Kickball Classic

• Format: 16-team, double-elimination kickball tournament played over three fields in MacArthur Park.
• Team Info: 10-player team minimum. Ten team shirts are included with registration.
• Extra Fun: Invite your friends and family to cheer you on! We offer all-day concessions, a basket raffle, and a FREE Kids' Fun Zone for all to enjoy!

🕒 Event Schedule

• 7:00 am: 5K and 10K registration tent opens
• 8:30: 10K start
• 9:00: Basket raffle opens
• 10:00: 5K start, FREE Kids' Zone opens

🎉 Packet Pick-Up Party

• Where: Join the pre-event celebration on Saturday, May 31st, from 2 pm to 6 pm at Food & Fire BBQ -Taphouse, 560 Harry L. Drive in Johnson City, New York!
• What: Come in to grab your race packet or kickball team shirts, and stay for a good time! More details to come!
