• Common Participants: Most people walk, so don’t let the 5K or "Run" part scare you.
• Event Tie-in: The Trail Run is the same day as the AdironDuck Race, a huge rubber duck race held at the Oswegatchie Educational Center.
• Shirt Information: When registering, if you are asked to buy a shirt, enter 0. We will have a few available the day of the race if you want one.
• Event Nature: This is meant to be a fun event with no official timers.

Registration and Safety

• Cost: Registration is $15 but will include a free pancake breakfast the day of the run.
• Helmet Requirement: If you are biking the race, you are required to wear a helmet.
