This year marks the 51st year for the Clare Irish Festival!

Race Location: Clare High School, 306 Schoolcrest Ave. Clare, MI 48617

🏅 Race Details

• Race Types: 5K Run, 10K Run, and 2 Mile Walk
• Start Times:
  • 10K Run: 9:00am
  • 5K Run: 9:05am
  • 2 Mile Walk: 9:15am
• Chip Timing: Both start and finish timing
• Participants: Free t-shirt for first 400 sign-ups, pancake breakfast included

📅 Registration Information

• Early Packet Pick-up: 6:00-8:00pm on March 13th, 2026
• Location: Clare High School Cafeteria
• Race Day Registration: 7:15am - 8:45am on March 14th, 2026
• Registration Deadline: Online until March 11th, 2026, 11:59pm

👶 Kid's Run

• Time: 10:45am for a 1/2 mile run
• Registration: Morning of the race until 10:15am
• Location: Gather in Clare High School lobby
• Kids Will Receive: T-shirt, medal, and cookie coupon

🔍 Extra Information

• Changing Facilities: Available at Clare High School
• Walking Rules: No time recorded for walkers in 10K Run
• No Refunds.
• Participant Rules: No dogs allowed: strollers permitted with precautions

• Medals: Top 3 finishers in each age group
• Plaques: Overall top male and female, masters, and youth categories
• No Awards: Given for the 2 mile walk
• Awards Presentation: 11am in the Clare High School gym

I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants or spectators or animals, the effects of the weather, traffic, and conditions of the race course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of this entry being accepted, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Clare Irish Festival Road Race, sponsors, supporters, officials, the race directors and volunteers, Clare Public Schools, and the City of Clare from all claims or liabilities of any kind that may arise on the part of the persons named in this waiver.
