The Santa Shuffle 5K Run/Walk for the Children is not just a race—it’s a celebration of community, holiday magic, and the power of coming together to support a great cause. This heartwarming annual event benefits the children of Bridge Crossing Children's Home and Bridge Crossing Academy, ensuring they receive the care, education, and opportunities they deserve. By lacing up your sneakers and joining in, you’ll help us make a meaningful difference in their lives while creating lasting holiday memories for yourself and your family.

Come dressed in your most festive attire—Santa hats, reindeer antlers, or even your favorite ugly sweater. The fun begins with the Children’s Fun Run at 9:45 AM, where kids will enjoy “dashing through the snow” led by one of Santa’s trusty elves. At 10:30 AM, the main 5K race kicks off, taking you on a course through the magical "Candy Cane Forest" and past the "Sea of Twirly-Swirly Gumdrops" before returning to Bridge Crossing Academy. Afterward, warm up with hot cocoa and join us for the post-race celebration at Queens Head Pub, complete with food specials, music, and holiday cheer.

🏃‍♂️ What’s Scheduled?

• 9:15 AM: Early Packet Pick-up and registration begins inside Bridge Crossing Academy gym.
• 9:45 AM: Children’s Fun Run – The day will start with some dashing through the snow led by one of Santa’s favorite Elves!
• 10:30 AM: 5K Walk/Run – You'll run through the seven levels of the Candy Cane Forest, past the sea of twirly-swirly gumdrops, and back to Bridge Crossing Academy, where hot cocoa and festivities await!

🎊 Post Race Celebration

Join us at Queens Head Pub, 1 Portland Road in Bridgton where we will celebrate with drink and food specials, music and more!

• Cost: Individual 5K Walk/Run registrations are $25 ($35 on Race Day): kids are free if pre-registered ($10 on Race Day).
