Run the Runway at Chicago Executive Airport

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Join us for a 5K Run, 1 Mile Walk and Kids Dash on the main runway and taxiways at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling, Illinois. The 5K course is USATF Certified and chip timed. Hang out after your event for podium awards, music, food, giveaways and kids activities. Plus keep an eye out for Elsa and Spiderman guest appearances through the morning!

  • Kids Dash: youth sizing.
• Note: No additional shirts will be ordered after May 1st. Supplies are limited, register today to guarantee your shirt selection.

⚠️ Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather, a cancellation call will be made by 8:30 AM on event day. This is a fundraising event with proceeds benefiting local aviation scholarships. As a result, no refunds will be issued and the event will not be rescheduled.
