The 29th Annual Med City Marathon is back in 2025! We are back and working to make the Rochester community come alive with the annual Med City Marathon, presented by Active PT, One of the Midwest’s premier race event weekends. NEW FINISH LINE IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN ROCHESTER!
