Race Overview
This run is in memory of Bob Gurtler, former mayor of the Plains, chemical engineer(rocket scientist) and life long runner. As a member of many running clubs, he mentored many beginning runner, supported the running community, and advocated for the health and well being of all.

Race Course
The race proceeds through town and down to Hopewell road. It continues to the halfway point and returns on the same course back to the church where it finishes.
Beneficiary
All proceeds go to the local food pantry, Peas & Grace.
