🏃♀️ Run to Remember Event Overview
It's time for our Run to Remember 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!
Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
Start: 7:30AM
Half Marathon Cut Off: 10:45am, option to start early to finish by 10:45am, please email for early start [email protected].
📍 Location Details
Address: Please check in at the tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path. NOT near Claremont Ave. Long Beach path in Belmont Shores -- 5400 E. Ocean Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90803 (off of 54th Place and Ocean Blvd.)
- GPS Guidance: Do not use Apple Maps app as a GPS, use the Google Maps or Waze app.
- Map Availability: There is a photo of the map on the website -- www.abetterworldrunning.com.
- Parking: PLEASE PLAN ON CARPOOLING AND GETTING THERE EARLY TO FIND PARKING AND USE THE RESTROOM.
- Restroom Tips: Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.
🏅 Event Features
All the participants will have their results posted with their names and times. And FREE pictures for everyone posted on our facebook page after the event! Pacers and crew are welcome at any time. There are numerous restrooms and water fountains along the course.
- 5k Route: 5k out and back route View Route
- 10k Route: 2 x 5k loops
- 15k Route: 3 x 5k loops
- Half Marathon Route: 3 x 4.36 mi loop: View Route
👶 Stroller and Time Policy
Running/walking with a stroller is allowed. 3:15 time limit for the half marathon. If more time is needed, please email us at [email protected] for early start.
🏆 Post-Event Information
ALL finishers get a medal. All results will be posted after the event on our website usually the evening of the event on www.abetterworldrunning.com.
