It's time for our Dolphin Dash 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!

ABWR has teamed up with two local charities to help with fire relief efforts. Portion of proceeds will go to:

• California Community Foundation: Visit here
• Pasadena Humane Society: Visit here

📅 Event Schedule

• Check-in: 7:00 - 7:30 AM for everyone
• Start Time: 7:30 AM
• Half Marathon Cut-off: 11:00 AM, option to start early

📍 Event Location

• Check-in Location: Tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path, NOT near Claremont Ave.
• Address: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803
• GPS Navigation: Use Google Maps or Waze, do not use Apple Maps.

🚻 Event Logistics

PLEASE PLAN ON CARPOOLING AND GETTING THERE EARLY TO FIND PARKING AND USE THE RESTROOM. Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.

🏅 Race Course Details

• 5k Route: Out and back route - View Route
• 10k: 2 x 5k loops
• 15k: 3 x 5k loops
• Half Marathon: 3 x 4.36 mi loop - View Route

🏆 Post-Race Information

• Finisher Medals: ALL finishers get a medal and a goodie bag.
• Results: Posted after the event on our website, usually the evening of the event.
• Free Photos: Available on our Facebook page - www.facebook.com/abetterworldrunning
• Relaxed Experience: We emphasize a more relaxed, fun and personal racing experience!

• Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS, NO BANDITS.
• Official Times: Will be posted on our website - www.abetterworldrunning.com
• Time Limit: 3:15 time limit for the half marathon.
• Stroller Policy: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed.
