🏃♂️ Dolphin Dash Overview
ABWR has teamed up with two local charities to help with fire relief efforts. Portion of proceeds will go to California Community Foundation (https://www.calfund.org/) and Pasadena Humane Society (https://pasadenahumane.org/).
It's time for our Dolphin Dash 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!
🕒 Event Schedule
- Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
- Start: 7:30AM
- Cut-off: Half marathon cut off 11am, option to start early to finish by 11am, please email for early start at abetterworldrunning@gmail.com
- Address: 5400 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803. Please check in at the tables closest to 54th Place, at the start of the beach path.
🅿️ Parking and Logistics
- Carpooling: Please plan on carpooling and getting there early to find parking and use the restroom.
- Restrooms: Bring toilet paper just in case as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.
- GPS: Do not use the Apple Maps app as a GPS, use the Google Maps or Waze app.
- Map: There is a photo of the map on the website at www.abetterworldrunning.com.
🏅 Race Information
- Results: All participants will have their results posted with their names and times.
- Free Pictures: Free pictures for everyone posted on our Facebook page after the event.
- Course: Numerous restrooms and water fountains along the course.
- Distance Details:

- Medals: ALL finishers get a medal.
- Goodie Bags: Everyone will get a medal as well as a goodie bag.
- Results Posting: Results usually posted the evening of the event on www.abetterworldrunning.com.
- Free Photos: Free photos are also posted on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/abetterworldrunning.

- Experience: We emphasize a more relaxed, fun, and personal racing experience!
