October 20, Get Fit Families will host our annual USA Track and Field Cross Country Race. All ages welcome!
🎃 Participant Perks
- Goodies: Each athlete will receive a Halloween Goody Bag with gourmet Cinnamon Swirl Bread from Jenny Lee.
- Food: As always, we will have great food and snacks for everyone at the race.
🕒 Schedule
- Registration: 7:30 AM
- Walk Through: 8:30 AM
- Races Start: 9:30 AM and the next race will start at the conclusion of the previous race.
🏃♂️ Race Categories
- 8 and Under: 2K or 1.2 miles
- 9-10 Age Group: 3K or 1.86 miles
- 11-12 Age Group: 3K or 1.86 miles
- 13-14 Age Group: 4K or 2.4 miles
- Ages 15 and Older: 5K or 3.1 miles.
