• Proceeds: 100% of race proceeds will be donated to Special Olympics, St. Mary's County.

🕘 Schedule

• Start Time: The event starts at 9am, please arrive no later than 8:30am.
• Registration: Race day registration starts at 7:45am.
• Arrival: Early arrival is encouraged for a smooth check-in process.
• Entry Fee: Entry fee will increase by $5 on race morning.

🏃‍♂️ Race Formats

• Timed Races: A timed 5K Running/Walking Race, a Prediction 5K, and a Fun Walk.
• Course: Flat road course through St. Mary’s City.
• T-shirts: Race t-shirts to the first 100 paid participants.
• Unique Rules: Prediction 5K participants must predict their finishing time and cannot wear a watch.

🏆 Awards & Prizes

• 5K Run/Walk Awards: Fastest male and female. Top 3 males and females in various age categories.
• Prediction 5K Awards: Overall male and female that finish closest to their predicted time, plus top 3 participants.
• Door Prizes: TONS OF DOOR PRIZES!!! Historically every race participant has also won a door prize.
• Special Note: Well behaved dogs allowed on leashes: strollers are welcomed.
