Yates-Astro Resolution Race and Trail Run to Benefit Bethesda

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Location: 9520 Ferguson Ave., Savannah, GA
• Date: January 10, 2026
• Course: A 3.1 mile scenic trail run through the 650+ acre campus of Bethesda Academy
• Nature: Experience marsh lines, tree lines, cattle, goats, chickens, and an organic garden

🥞 Pancake Breakfast

• Free for Runners: All participants can enjoy a complimentary pancake breakfast after the run
• Additional Tickets: Purchase extra tickets for $5 each at the event
• Family Friendly: The course is suitable for families, though strollers and pets are not permitted
• Access: This event provides unprecedented access to the normally closed Bethesda campus

👦 The Fun Run

• Age Group: Open to children aged 8 and under
• Time: Begins at 8:30 AM, prior to the main event
• Distance: A short course around the beautiful Berne on Bethesda grounds
• Incentives: All Fun Run participants receive a cowbell and a pancake breakfast

📅 Registration Information

• Cost: $35 per person until December 25, 2025
• Late Registration: Prices increase to $45 from December 26, 2025, to January 9, 2026
• Day of Registration: Available at a price of $50
• Save: Register early to take advantage of lower fees!

📍 Packet Pickup

• Date/Time: Friday, January 10th, from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Fleet Feet Savannah, 3405 Waters Avenue
• Race Day Pickup: Available at Bethesda from 8:15 AM - 8:45 AM
• Important: RAIN OR SHINE the race will take place, and there are no race refunds

• Proceeds: All race proceeds will benefit The Women’s Board of Bethesda
• Mission: To enrich and improve the lives of the boys at Bethesda Academy
