- Date: Join us on Super Bowl Sunday, February 8th, for a flat 5K run/walk through New Haven's East Rock neighborhood.
🏡 Virtual Option
- Alternative Participation: If you can't join us in-person, run, walk, or bike a 5k in your neighborhood, on your treadmill, or wherever you like.
💖 Go the Extra Mile for Refugees
- Fundraising Opportunities: Create an individual or team fundraiser to support IRIS' services to help immigrants with housing, healthcare, job placement, education, and more.
- Recent Achievements: We welcomed over 3,000 refugees, asylum seekers, and undocumented immigrants in 2025.
- Newcomers Support: Sign up to help us welcome more newcomers in 2026!
👕 Registration Details
- Race Shirt: Registration includes a white long-sleeve tech shirt or black short-sleeve shirt which will be given away on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Show Your Spirit: We want to see you rock your Run for Refugees gear across Connecticut and the country!
- Social Media Engagement: Tag us in your photos and videos and we’ll feature you on social media.
