Proceeds and Benefits
All proceeds directly benefit brain injury survivors, including through our NeuroNights program, a joint initiative between The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, The Ohio State University Chronic Brain Injury program, and BRAIN to provide comprehensive communal and wellness support for brain injury survivors. Last Year’s Impact
Last year's race proceeds benefitted the following:
- Scholarship: We awarded a $500 scholarship to Alexia Marie Toliver, recipient of the Mark Minister Award, and donated $500 on her behalf to Nationwide Children's Brain Research.
- Community Day: We contributed $4,000 to fund our third annual Brain Injury Community Day.
- Gala Funding: We contributed $5,000 to fund our first annual Brain Injury Gala partnered with the Center for Brain Injury Recovery and Discovery (CBIRD).
