Event Overview

• Safety First: We have a permit based on your safety and event requirements.
• Toy Collection: We will be collecting toys at the event. All contributions are appreciated!
• Recipient: Our new toy recipient is the Sterling Community Center in Stratford, serving our community for over 90 years.
• Description: The event focuses on making children happy, with a goal to collect as many toys as possible for ages 1-16.

Community Collaboration

• Partnership: We are working in conjunction with the Stratford P.A.L. for their collection.

Event Details

• SWAG: Each participant will receive 'Joliday Socks' and additional fun items. Guaranteed swag ends on 11/30.
• Course: Scenic, flat, and tranquil course in the Lordship section of Stratford.
• Limitations: Event is capped at 250 participants - don't get shut out this year!
• Hydration: Adult hydration will be readily available thanks to Doug and Little Pub.

Race Day Schedule

• Packet Pickup: Saturday 12/13 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Little Pub.
• Race Day Pickup: Sunday 12/14 from 7:45 am to 9:25 am across from Little Pub.
• Start Times: Little Tykes Run at 9:15 am, 5k Run/Walk Start at 9:30 am.
• Post-Race Celebration: Enjoy snacks, hot cider, and Athletic Brew after the race.

Awards

• Categories: Awards will be given to Male & Female Champions and first age groupers.
• Ages: Awards for age groups from 9 & under to 80+ (if pre-registered).
• Prizes: Expect specialty prizes from previous events, including potential 'Regifting'.

Fees & Registration

• Fees: Online registration fees range from $15 to $25 based on registration date.
• T-Shirt Sales: Holiday Run Long Sleeve shirts available for $12 (online price) if purchased by 12/4.
