Event Overview

Last year was crazy! A snow storm the night before and we still had 67 people show up. Then we did a re-boot a week later and another 80 showed up. That's determination, and some might say crazy! But we will always be here for you!

• Location: 10 Washington Parkway, Stratford, CT

• Activity: Stroll/run and donate toys
• Bonus: Stay for a warm beverage at the Little Pub.

Toy Collection

• Pickup: We will be collecting toys at bib pickup and at the event.
• Support: THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND GENEROSITY!
• Requirements: The toys should be new, unwrapped, and suitable for ages 1-16.
• Recipient: OUR NEW TOY RECIPIENT IS THE STERLING COMMUNITY CENTER IN STRATFORD.

For more than 90 years, they have welcomed and served generations of children and adults creating impactful & inclusive programs and services that engage and cultivate a thriving community. Event Features

• Host: We are proud to have The LITTLE PUB of Stratford host the 28th year of this holiday favorite.
• SWAG Update: WE WILL HAVE A PAIR OF ‘HOLIDAY SOCKS’ FOR EVERYONE.
• Course: Our course is in the Lordship section of Stratford. It is scenic, tranquil, and flat!

Event Entry Fees

• July 12 - 9/30: $18 for 19 &: over, $15 for 18 &: under.
• 10/1 - 11/29: $21/$15.
• 11/30 - 12/13: $25/$15 (No race day entries).
• Limit: THIS EVENT IS LIMITED - JUST 250 PEOPLE !!

Race Day Schedule

• 12/12: Early bib/swag pickup at Little Pub 9:00 - 11 am SHARP. Please try to pickup and avoid Sunday's stressful crunch.
• 12/13: Bib pickup from 8:00 am to 9:55 am across from the LITTLE PUB. Look for the tents for toy drop off.
• 9:45 am: The LITTLE TYKES RUN directed by DONNA CRAMOND.
• 10:00 am: Start of HOLIDAY 5k RUN/walk/stroll/saunter.

Awards & Prizes

Awards, prizes, and/or crazy holiday gifts are given to the M&F Champions & first age groupers across various age categories.

• Weather: THIS EVENT MAY BE REDUCED IN DISTANCE IF ROAD & WEATHER CONDITIONS WARRANT FOR SAFETY.
