Event Purpose
- Celebration: Celebrating Dennis' passion for running and to raise money for the Dennis Risch Memorial Fund.
- Benefit: The fund this year will be supporting the Immigrant and Refugee Law Center.
- Impact: Dennis cared about providing opportunities for young people to flourish and break cycles of poverty.
- Legacy: His life spread examples of God’s love and goodness through his gifts.

- Scenic: Beautiful course starts and ends near the Spring Grove Funeral Home.
- Location: Winds through the arboretum.
Registration Information
- Adults: $30 through Saturday, February 28, 2026: $35 on Race Day.
- Youth: $10 for ages 6-18 through February 28, 2026: $15 on Race Day.
- Children: Kids under 6 need not register.
- Note: All registrations will be done online, including Race Day.
T-Shirts
- Availability: Commemorative Short-sleeve T-shirts for $15.
- Supplies: Limited quantities available while supplies last.
Divisions
- Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
Awards
- Recognition: Overall Male and Female Winners and the Top Male and Female in each division.
- New In 2025: Overall Male and Female winners in the Stoller category.
Check-in and Packet Pickup
- Race Day: Check-in from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM at the venue.
- No Early Check-in: There is no early pre-race day check-in for 2026.

Post-Race Gathering
- Location: There will be a gathering at the Brink Brewing Company following the race.
- Time: From 11-3 pm for all those that would like to continue our time together.
