Event Overview

JOIN US SATURDAY, JANUARY 24th for the 16th Annual Phillips Flurry!

Important Dates

  • Pre-registration: Closes on 1/20/25 for in person events. You must pre-register to be eligible for door prizes.
  • Price Increases: Registration prices will increase on 11/30/25, 12/16/25, and again on 1/11/26, so register early to save.

Ways to Save

  • Membership Discount: SAVE $5.00 by becoming a member of Price Area Trail Hub, Inc. If you join as a member in November or December 2024, your registration will be good through 12/31/2026.
  • Team Discount: SAVE $5.00 by becoming a member of a team with five (5) or more people.

Registration Details

Pre-register through 1/20/26 or register day of event.

  • Bib Pick Up: 9:00 – 10:15 A.M.
  • Race Start: 10:30 A.M. (5k & 10k Race)

Swag

In-person registrants will receive their bib and swag in their swag bag on race day. Virtual registrants will receive their socks and swag bag in the mail.

Course Aid

Aid Station: Water will be available on both the 5K and 10K courses.

Team Participation

Create a team with your friends, family, co-workers or complete strangers! Teams need at least five (5) members, registered in the adult or youth category, and a fun name (please keep it clean).

  • Eligibility: Teams can include both in-person and virtual participants.
  • Prizes: All team members will be entered into a second drawing for another pair of snowshoes!
  • Scoring: Only teams with a minimum of (5) participants registered and completing the 5k adult/youth in-person event will be scored for awards.

Team Divisions

Divisions: Corporate, Men’s, Women’s, Mixed, HS Boys & HS Girls. Each team consists of 5 or more members that are participating in-person.

  • Awards: Awards will be given to the top team in each division and to the team with the highest number of finishers.

Race Perks

Registration includes:

  • Post Race Meal: A boxed meal catered by Lola’s Lunchbox.
  • Socks: A custom design pair of maximum performance wool socks.
  • Door Prizes: Entry into drawing for great door prizes, including at least one pair of snowshoes. You must pre-register to be entered into the drawing for door prizes.
  • Photos: Complimentary race photos will be available online after the event!

Location

The Race/Run/Walk, bib and goodie bag pick up and the awards presentation will be held at the Phillips School Forest, N9199 N. Worcester Rd, Phillips, WI. Please remember to carpool, as there is limited parking.

Virtual Event

We would love to see your faces, but know sometimes schedules don't allow. We are offering a virtual option for those who are unable to attend. The virtual events can be done anywhere, anytime between 1/1/26 - 1/24/26! We will have a 5K course marked at the Phillips School Forest.
