Selfless Elf 5k

Overview

• Event: 13th annual Selfless Elf 5k run/walk benefiting the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank.
• Date: December 20, 2025.
• Location: Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank's Main Campus, Akron, OH.

Race Details

• New This Year: Team registration and a new team award for the fastest 4-person or larger team!
• Registration Categories: There will be two separate categories during registration - running and competitive walking.
• Chip Timing: The race will be chip-timed at both the start and finish lines for accurate results.
• Start Time: Both runners and competitive walkers will begin at 8am with different bib colors to distinguish categories.

Participant Information

• Registration Updates: Contact us to update your registration or switch a runner/walker. Transfers are allowed prior to the event's start.
• Participant Gear: All participants will receive a long-sleeve race t-shirt and striped elf socks.
• Dog Policy: For safety, this is a dog-free event.
• Awards: Awards will be distributed at the conclusion of the event: check with the awards booth for age group prizes.

• Early Packet Pickup: December 19, 2025, from 4pm-6pm.
• Race Day Packet Pickup: December 20, 2025, from 6:30am-7:45am.

• Additional Awards: Most Dashing (Best dressed): Top VIP Elf (Top fundraiser): Fastest 4-Person Team.
