- Certified Course: The Adrenaline Run is on a certified course (OK24022MU) with accurate timing by Oklahoma Race Company.

- Top Finishers: Medals are given to the top three male and female finishers in each standard USATF division.
- Overall Winners: The overall top male and female in the 5K and 10K will receive a prize.
- Support for Alumni: Proceeds support the OU Pharmacy Alumni Association fund events and initiatives.
