• Event: Meals on Wheels Western Michigan's 4th Annual March for Meals Community Walk & 5k

📍 Race Details

• Walk Route: 2-mile loop
• 5K Route: Same loop with an extension
• Dog-Friendly: Dogs are welcome to join!

🕘 Schedule

• Packet Pickup: Starts at 9:00 am
• Welcome: Brief introduction at 10:00 am
• Race Start: Walk and race commence at 10:15 am
• Awards Ceremony: Immediately after the race

💵 Registration Fees

• Walk: $10/person (race shirt optional)
• 5k Run: $30/person (includes a race shirt, sizes not guaranteed after March 1st)
• Kids: Ages 0-5 are free (no registration needed)
• Price Increase: Tickets increase by $5 on February 5 and an additional $5 on race day

• Overall Winners: Prizes for 5K overall and age-group winners
• Costume Challenge: Dress as a food item: prizes for best-dressed participants
• Special Awards: Prizes for the youngest and oldest runners
• Dog Costume: Prizes for the best-dressed doggo
