• Goal: Our Mission is to continue to be the best running camp in the nation by helping all runners have a fun and healthy experience with the sport of running!
• Teaching: We strive to teach all aspects of running, leadership, team building, positive mental, emotional, and physical skills!
• Passion: We are passionate about education and developing people with World Class Instruction!

• Expert Guidance: We will have professional coaches, athletes, NCAA coaches/athletes, and excellent guest speakers from across the country/world.

📜 Tradition

• History: Founded with John Osler in 1969 and continued with Kermit Ambrose in the 1970s-1990s.
• Staff: Many of our staff have been with us since the mid 1990s.
• Philosophy: We still eliminate electronics and cell phones and focus on running, education, and relationships.

📚 Leadership

• Skilled Staff: We have an excellent staff who teach leadership skills in the dorms, in running and in our educational programs.
• Communication: We teach communication, teamwork, and educational components.
• Lifestyle Choices: Our programming is designed to enhance all coaching philosophies, including mechanics, nutrition, and sports psychology.
