Care for Cops is a non-profit organization that has provided financial assistance to over 100 families of fallen Georgia officers since 1999. Care for Cops sends checks directly to families that have lost a loved one in the line of duty. We help provide immediate resources in a time of great need, bridge the financial gap when a loved one is lost, and acknowledge the sacrifices made by law enforcement officers in Georgia.

📅 Event Details

• Date: Saturday, March 22, 2025, Start time 8:00 AM, you have till 10 AM to finish.
• Location: Suwanee Town Center (packet pick up and Start/Finish).
• Course: Peachtree Road Race Certified Qualification Course.
• Early Packet Pick-up: March 21, 2025, Friday at Big Peach from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

🏆 Awards and Prizes

• Medals: For the top 3 in each age group for both male and female, age categories 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• Masters: For both Male and Female for the top 2 and Overall Winner Male and Female.
• Extras: Prizes, T-shirts, Music, and Photos by True Speed Photography.
• Weather: Rain or Shine.

👥 Group Participation

• Team Participation: Invite your family, friends, neighbors, and community to participate in the event.
• Law Enforcement Team Challenge: Teams of 4 competition, discounted entry fees, medals, and awards for the top 3 teams, based on average team times.
• Dedication: We dedicate Care for Cops 5k to all our heroes and their families who have sacrificed their lives to serve and protect us.
• Comments: When you register, please leave a comment in the Comments Section, about why you are participating in this event and if you have a personal connection to a fallen officer. Thank you!

• When and where does the race take place? Suwanee Town Center Park.
• How long is the course? A 5K is 3.1 miles.
• Course Map? Interactive Course Map.
• Timing: You will be chip-timed by Performance Race Services. Your results will be reached within seconds after you finish.

📋 Registration Information

• Pick-up: March 21, 2025, Friday at Big Peach from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Race Day, March 22, 2025, starting at 7:00 am at Registration on stage.
• T-shirts: All if you sign-up by March 1, 2025.
• On-the-Day Registration: Yes, you can! The same price $35.
• Strollers and Bikes: Strollers are allowed, but not bicycles.
