Join us for the Donut Dash 5K and 10K, designed to celebrate young athletes and their families in a fun, supportive environment. This event not only features scenic trail running that will delight nature lovers but also adds a sweet twist with strategically placed donut stations along the course. Participants can enjoy the unique challenge of balancing their run with tasty treats.
🏃♂️ 1K Fun Run for Young Champions!
Our 1K race is specially designed for our youngest athletes, ages 8 and under. This exciting event offers children a taste of competitive running in a fun, supportive environment. Participants will:
- Race Course: Race on a safe, kid-friendly 1-kilometer course
- Finish Line: Cross the same finish line as the 5K runners, just like the pros
- Confidence Building: Build confidence and develop a love for running and fitness
👨👧 Family Participation
Guardians are welcome to accompany their child during the 1K. To do so, you must be registered for either the 5K or 1 Mile run. This ensures proper event coverage and safety for all participants. Watch your little ones beam with pride as they sprint across the same finish line as the older athletes. It’s a perfect opportunity for families to participate together, with parents able to run the 5K while kids tackle the 1K challenge. Join us for a day of fun, fitness, and family bonding!

Our event offers a virtual race option, ensuring that everyone can participate, no matter where they are. Perfect for kids wanting to experience the joy of outdoor activity and adults looking to kickstart a lifetime love for running (and donuts), our event is open to all who wish to join. Whether you’re in it for the run, the donuts, or both, the Hill Country Kick Off Donut Dash promises a memorable experience for all participants.
