• Staff Support: Staff member at the turn-around point
• Headlamps: Mandatory for all runners. If you don’t have one, you can purchase a headlamp on-site for $10.00.

Our courses are open, which means you'll be sharing the path with other runners, walkers, and beachgoers. Safety is our top priority, so please stay on the pedestrian side of the beach path. The courses are well-marked, with water stations and restrooms available along the way.
