Description

• Event: Beresford's Frostbite Four Mid-Winter Classic - South Dakota's Premier Winter Road Race.
• Beneficiary: This year's event will benefit the Beresford Athletic Booster Club and other worthwhile causes in the Beresford community.

Packet Pick-Up

• Location: Beresford High School
• Time: Saturday morning starting at 8:00 AM and ending 30 mins before race time.

Registration

• Pre-registration: Strongly encouraged, save $10 by registering early.
• Deadline: Registrations completed by 2/4/27 will be guaranteed a shirt or sweatshirt.
• Race Day Registration: From 9:00-10:30 AM in the gym lobby.
• Online Registration: Closes at 11:59 PM on 2/12/27.

Chip Timing

• Race Wear: A4 Dri-fit Long-sleeve Shirts or for an additional $5, Hooded Sweatshirts to all pre-registered race participants!

Course

• Options: Two courses marked for both the four and two mile races.
• Conditions: Wind direction and weather conditions will dictate which course is used.

General Information

• Facilities: Bathroom and shower facilities will be available at the high school.

Post-Race Events

• Food: Free chili and chicken noodle soup feed for all participants at the Bridges at Beresford Golf Course Club House.
• Entertainment: Provided for a free will offering.

Awards

• Mobile Store: 605 Running Company of Sioux Falls will have a mobile store at this year's Frostbite 4.
• Gift Cards: Donated for the overall top 3 male and top 3 female finishers in the 4-mile, and for the 7 male and 7 female age group winners.
• Award Presentation: At Bridges Golf Course after the race or by making arrangements prior to leaving with FB4 staff.
• Age Group Prizes: $100, $75, $50, and $20 Gift Cards for various placement and age groups.

Special Awards

• Figurines: Ceramic Frostbite Four figurines awarded to the overall male and female winners in the 2-mile and 4-mile race.
• Age Group Awards: Figurines awarded to the age group winners in the 4-mile race.
