🎉 Holiday Hustle 5K Celebration
Come celebrate the holiday season with us on Sunday, December 7 for the third-annual Holiday Hustle 5K, presented by Fleet Feet Northern NJ and Asics! Enjoy a flat and fast, USATF Certified 5-kilometer course that takes you through Overpeck Park in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
💖 Donation Information
- Participation Request: We ask that you kindly donate $5. All Donations benefit Girls on the Run North and East!
- Matching Donations: Fleet Feet Northern NJ will be matching all donations made!
💰 Registration Pricing
- Starting September 1st: $45
- Starting November 1st: $50
- Same Day Registration: December 8th: $55 from 7:30am-9:30am.

- Parking: Available at Pavilion Overpeck Park
- Facilities: Bathrooms
- Health Services: EMTs on site
- Safety: Race volunteers in safety vests
- Post-Run: Food and drinks available
🏃♂️ Training Program
Whether it’s your first ever 5K or your first in a long time, Fleet Feet Northern New Jersey has a training program made for all levels that will get you to the finish line. Join us for an 8 week training program beginning October 13th, 2025. This program offers a balance of run/walk workouts, cross training and rest days to gradually increase your fitness.
- In-Person Runs: 2 per week.
- Coaching: USATF & RRCA certified coaches, helping you each step of the way.
- Weekly Schedule: Provided on Final Surge, with a mixture of runs, cross training, rest days and strength days.
- Race Entry: Included.
🌳 Scenic Course
Get ready for a fantastic 5K run at the beautiful Overpeck Park! This course is perfect for runners, walkers, and everyone in between. You’ll enjoy picturesque views and the wildlife surrounding you as you run, walk, or even boogie your way to the finish line.
