Come celebrate the holiday season with us on Sunday December 7 for the third-annual Holiday Hustle 5K, presented by Fleet Feet Northern NJ and Asics! Enjoy a flat and fast, USATF Certified 5-kilometer course that takes you through Overpeck Park in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

With participation, we ask that you kindly donate $5. All Donations benefit Girls on the Run North and East!!

Fleet Feet Northern NJ will be matching all donations made!!

Please note: PRICE INCREASES:

• September 1st: $45
• November 1st: $50
• Same day Registration December 8th: $55 dollars from 7:30am-9:30am.

• Parking: Pavilion Overpeck Park
• Facilities: Bathrooms available
• Medical: EMT's on site
• Volunteers: Race volunteers in safety vests
• Refreshments: Post-run food and drinks

🏆 Training Program

Whether it’s your first ever 5k or your first in a long time, Fleet Feet Northern New Jersey has a training program made for all levels that will get you to the finish line.

Get ready for a fantastic 5K run at the beautiful Overpeck Park! This course is perfect for runners, walkers, and everyone in between. You’ll enjoy picturesque views, and the wildlife surrounding you as you run, walk, or even boogie your way to the finish line.

Join us for an 8 week training program beginning October 13th, 2025. This program offers a balance of run/walk workouts, cross training and rest days to gradually increase your fitness. Plus, your coaches and fellow training group members will provide the guidance and motivation you need to stay on track and have fun along the way.

📅 Program Highlights

• Run Sessions: 2 in-person runs per week.
• Coaching: USATF & RRCA certified coaches, helping you each step of the way.
• Schedule: A weekly schedule on Final Surge, with a mixture of runs, cross training, rest days, and strength days.
• Entry: Race entry included.
