The Talon Trot 5K & Fun Run is suitable for participants of varying ages and activity levels.

Course Description

• Start Location: You'll start on the track.
• Scenic Route: Weave through the dorms and charge past the North Athletic Fields.
• Wooded Trails: Dive into the wooded trails that wind around the legendary Lake Fred.
• Course Highlights: A mix of fast flats, shaded forest paths, and a thrilling finish back on the track.

• Start Time: 9:00 AM
• Registration: Packet Pick-Up from 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM
• Talon Tikes: Quarter mile on the Track at 9:45 AM

Awards & Swag

• Commemorative T-Shirt: All runners will receive a commemorative race t-shirt.
• Recovery Treats: Participants will enjoy recovery drinks, fruit, and energy bars.
• Commemorative Medal: Purchase a commemorative race medal for just $10 during registration.
• Awards: Given to the top three finishers in men's and women's divisions and top finisher in each age group.

Talon Tikes!

FREE quarter mile youth race for kids under the age of 12 following the 5K. All race finishers will receive an award.

Net proceeds from the event will support the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track and Field Programs.
