Nutty Cutters 5k

🥜 Welcome to the Nutty Cutters 5K

This is the 2nd annual NUTTY CUTTERS 5K.

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Course: A 5k course set up at Marie Kerr Park consisting of two laps around the park.
• Shortcuts: There will be two places on each lap where you may be randomly sent on a shortcut.
• Long Cuts: Two places where you might randomly be sent on a long cut - think "Chutes and Ladders!"
• Preparation: Come prepared for a little extra distance just in case.

🚫 No Cutting Option

You will have the option to choose the "NO CUTTING" option. If you choose this, you will not be sent on any shortcuts or long cuts. You will run exactly 5k.

• Fairness: Note, however, that since most runners will be doing long cuts and short cuts, all the prizes given are random.
• Excitement: This adds an element of fun to the race!

🎽 Participant Perks

• Free Shirt: All participants will receive a free shirt until supplies run out.
• Size Selection: Sizes will be chosen at registration.

💰 Grand Prize and Additional Prizes

• $100 Grand Prize: This will be given to a randomly selected race finisher.
• Last Year's Winner: Last year it was the runner who finished 96th place!
• Other Prizes: There will be other PRIZES as well, so you just might get lucky! or unlucky!
• Fun Factor: Either way, this will be lots of fun!
