Polar Pals is a free event that is part of the Stafford Schools Annual Community Health and Wellness Fair. The Polar Pals Fun Run and 5K will include a 1/2 mile and a 1 mile for kids and 5K for kids and adults.

- Encouragement: The purpose of the race is to encourage a fun and healthy outdoor event during the chillier months.
- Activities: There will be an opportunity for hot chocolate, and indoor activities.
- Resources: Resources offered by school division departments and community partners.
