🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

• Organizer: Sweetheart City Racing is excited to once again hold this year’s event.
• Location: The race will take place in Downtown Loveland at 4th and Railroad.
• Date & Time: February 15, 2025, starting at 9:30 a.m.
• Race Course: The newly designed 4-mile race course will be along the River’s Edge Natural Area.

🅿️ Parking Information

• Availability: Yes, there is a free parking garage, downtown parking spots, and lots near the start/finish line.
• Location: Start/finish line is near Cleveland and 4th.
• Recommendation: Racers should arrive early to assure smooth parking.
• On-time Start: Smooth parking will help ensure the race starts on time.

👕 Registration Details

• T-shirt Guarantee: To be guaranteed a shirt, register by January 30th.
• Extra Swag: There will always be additional swag available if shirts run out.
• Race Day Registration: Yes, all registration is online. Cash or check payments may be made via a volunteer.
• Price Increase: Please see the pricing on the registration link: it increases on race day.

🌧️ Weather Policy

• Event Continuity: The race will be held rain or shine.
• Lightning Policy: Lightening will delay the event, but that chance is very, VERY slim.
• Cold Weather: The event goes on regardless of cold, snow, or rain.
• Preparedness: Participants should dress accordingly for weather conditions.

📅 Packet Pickup

• Pre-Race Pickup: At Redemption Church in downtown Loveland, Friday, February 14th, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• Race Day Pickup: 8:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. near the start/finish line, look for the huge arch on 4th St.
• Virtual Packet Pickup: If not picked up at scheduled times, packets will be taken to a sponsor’s place of business.
• Shipping Option: Choose the add-on “P&H for Virtual packets” when you register for postal delivery.
