🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Sweetheart City Racing is excited to once again hold this year’s event. With a race start and awards in Downtown Loveland it will be right in the center of the action of the Loveland Sweetheart Festival – Love, Locks and Lights. You will love our newly designed 4-mile race course along the River’s Edge Natural Area.

📅 Race Details

• Start Time: The race will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m.
• Parking: Racers will need to arrive early to assure smooth parking (as it is limited) as well as an on-time start.
• Date: Join us on February 15th, for a day full of fun, love, and fitness.
• Purpose: We work to raise money for the Thompson School District High School and Middle School Cross Country/Track teams.

🅿️ Parking Information

Race First Stop:

• Parking Availability: Yes. There is a free parking garage, downtown parking spots, and lots near the start/finish line.
• Location: Start/finish line is near Cleveland and 4th.

👕 Race Amenities

• Shirt Guarantee: To be guaranteed a shirt you must register by Jan 30th.
• Extra Swag: We always order extras but register early to guarantee you get one! We always have other swag available if we run out of shirts.
• Race Day Registration: Yes. ALL registration is online.
• Payment Options: If you want to pay with cash or check please see one of the volunteers to assist you. Price goes up on race day.

🌦️ Weather Policy

• Race Cancellation: Will you cancel the race if it’s cold, snowing, windy or rainy? No. We will hold the event rain or shine.
• Delay Information: Lightening will delay the event, but that chance is very, VERY slim.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Pre-Race Pickup: Redemption Church in downtown Loveland, Friday, February 14th, 5:30pm-6:30pm.
• Race Day Pickup: Packet pickup will be held 8:30am-9:15am near the start/finish line. Look for the huge arch on 4th St.

📬 Virtual Packet Pickup

• Pickup Options: If you have not picked up your packet at any available times listed above, we will take the virtual packets to a sponsor’s place of business and contact you through email.
• Mailing: If you would like it mailed, please choose the add-on “P&H for Virtual packets” when you register.
• Mailing Schedule: Those needing to be mailed will be mailed the following week.
