Chilly Dog 5K Race/1 Mile Run for (10 and under) and 1 Mile Fun Walk for Families

🚂 Race Day Update

• Registration: Registration takes place at the Northern Central Railway station, 117 N. Front St. New Freedom Pa. 17349 and opens at 8:45.
• Arrival: Please arrive no later than 9:30 for registration, the train will leave promptly at 10:00am.
• Facilities: Bathrooms are open inside the train station.
• Comfort: After you register you may sit on the train and stay warm.

🛤️ Race Route

• Train Ride: Enjoy a train ride North with stops at 1 mile for 10 and under runners and fun walkers, then at 3.1 miles for racers.
• Finish Line: All head back on foot to New Freedom finish line at the train station.
• Start Time: The race for runners only starts at 11:30am.
• Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies will be awarded after the race.

🚗 Parking Information

• Availability: There is street parking and some lot parking around the train station.
• Plan Ahead: Arrive early to allow for walking distance to registration.

• Support: We are having a great raffle supporting the Northern Central Railway and First Fruit.
• Prizes: Wonderful prizes donated by the Rail Trail Merchants Network!
• Tickets: So bring an extra $20.00 for your 5 tickets.
• Join Us: Plan on joining us at Vortex Brewing Company for raffle draw after the trophy awards!
