Ruidoso Runfest

🏃‍♂️Event Overview:

• Event: Join us for the inaugural Ruidoso Runfest where the weekend will include running, local bands, food trucks and Downshift Brewing Company beer garden.
• Host: Family-friendly weekend hosted by the Village of Ruidoso Parks & Recreation dept.
• Friday Night: Kicks off the weekend with the Pizza Hut 5K and Kids 1K fun run. Finish line at Wingfield Park will host the awards for 5K along with music, post race food, and beer garden.
• Saturday's Events: Include the 6th running of the Ruidoso Marathon and Half Marathon, and the State-Forty-Seven Road 47K/50K.

📅Dates and Times:

• Packet Pick Up: For All Events at Wingfield Park on Friday, July 18th from 2 pm to 6 pm and Saturday, July 19th from 5 am to 6:45 am.
• 5K Start: Friday, July 18, 2025 at 6 pm.
• Kids Mini Pizza Run: Starts at 6:45 pm on July 18, 2025.
• 47K/50K Start: Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 6 am.

🏆Awards and Recognition:

• 5K: Top 3 overall Male & Female winners will receive Special Addition #RUIDOSOSTRONG Bear.
• Age Group Awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in various age brackets.
• Half Marathon & Marathon: Top 3 overall Male & Female winners will receive Special Addition #RUIDOSOSTRONG Bear.
• 47K: Top 3 overall Male & Female winners will receive Special Addition #RUIDOSOSTRONG Bear.

💲Registration Fees:

• 5K: $24 until March 31, $29 from April 1 to May 15, $34 from May 16 to June 30, $40 from July 1 to July 17.
• Kids Run: $10 until March 31, $12 from April 1 to May 15, $14 from May 16 to June 30, $20 from July 1 to July 17.
• Half Marathon: $65 until March 31, $70 from April 1 to May 15, $75 from May 16 to June 30, and $75 from July 1 to July 17.
• 50K: $85 until March 31, $95 from April 1 to May 15, and $125 Packet Pick-up.

🌐Virtual Options Available:

• How it works: Register, print your bib, and complete your distance anywhere between July 18 and August 31.
• Uploading Results: After completing your distance, upload results via the Results tab on the registration page.
• Fees: Virtual Marathon - $80, Half Marathon - $65, 5K - $30.
• Packet Mailing: Virtual packets can be mailed for an additional fee of $8.

🎖️Participant Perks:

• Medal & Shirt: All race participants receive a commemorative medal and custom shirt.
• Unique Swag: 47K/50K swag includes a Long-sleeved shirt, Trucker Cap, and custom medal to all finishers.
• Finish Line Festivities: Saturday will include a festival-like atmosphere with awards, post-race food, band, a beer garden, and food trucks.
• Room Booking: Don’t miss this weekend and book your rooms early!

🌄Location:

• Start/Finish: All events will start and finish at Wingfield Park.
• 47K/50K Limit: Limited to the first 50 registrants.
• Headlamps: Strongly suggested for the 47K/50K due to the early start time.
