🌊 Course Highlights

• Swim: Athletes will enjoy a saltwater swim in full view of spectators.
• Bike Course: Set against a Miami city skyline & pristine views of Key Biscayne.
• Challenge: Climbers will face south Florida's highest point on the William Powell Bridge - a 700 meter climb.
• Climb Opportunities: International distance athletes will traverse this test twice, while sprint distance athletes will conquer it once.

🏁 Running Route

• 5K Scenic Route: The run will consist of a scenic route through the park.
• Lap Details: Sprint athletes will complete 1 lap: International distance runners will complete two laps.
• Spectator Support: Plenty of opportunities to cheer athletes down the final finishing chute.
• Finish Line Celebration: Friends, family & music welcome athletes through the finish line.

• Series Variety: The Mack Cycle Tri KB Triathlon Series features 2 race distances and 3 different races (triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike).
• Course Conditions: Warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean, a climb on the Rickenbacker, and a flat run.
