Farmington Founders Festival LOC Credit Union 5k Color Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The LOC Credit Union 5k Color Run will take place on Saturday, July 19, 2025 during the Farmington Founders Festival. This 5k chip-timed fun run will give participants the opportunity to run through scenic Shiawassee Park and beautiful Downtown Farmington.

🎉 Race Features

• Something for Everyone: This race has something for everyone. If you are a competitive runner this will be an accurate 5k.
• Awards: There will be age group medals for awards along with medals for the Overall Male and Female winner and Overall Male and Female Masters.
• Color Stations: Positioned within the race route will be four color stations. If you wish to forego the color there will be enough room to breeze straight past them.
• T-Shirt Eligibility: The entry fee includes a t-shirt if signed up by June 18, 2025. For those signing up after June 18, 2025 we cannot guarantee runner shirts.

🌈 Fun Run Experience

If you want to challenge yourself to run or walk a 5k but also have some fun (and COLOR!) along the way then this race is for you! Participants will receive a finisher's medal and there will be refreshments waiting for you at the end.

💲 Pricing Details

• Early Registration: $25 until 5/3.
• Regular Registration: $30 from 5/4 to 7/18.
• Race Day Registration: $35 on race day 7/19 (online registration only).
• Children: Children 5 and under can participate with an adult at no charge.

🏅 Awards Categories

Overall Male and Female winners. Overall Male and Female Masters (40 and over). Age groups male and female: 12 and under, 13-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.

📅 Packet Pickup Information

Packet pick up is race day only at Shiawassee Park starting at 7:30 am with the run beginning at 9:00 am.

⏱️ Timing and Results

The race will be chip timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and on the web at Runmichigan.com
