🏃♂️ Race Details
- 5k Run: A 3.1 mile run to celebrate individuals with Down syndrome.
- Fun Dash: An additional .11 mile dash following the 5k.
- Symbolism: The total distance of 3.21 miles represents the 3 copies of the 21st chromosome.
- Celebration: After the race, enjoy live music, food, and festivities!
🍽️ Post-Race Celebration
- Live Music: Performances by Nashville South and Flow Tribe.
- Food & Drinks: Various offerings including a jambalaya cook-off.
- Activities: Face painting and much more for everyone to enjoy!
- Dress Code: Don’t forget to wear your crazy socks!
⏰ Event Schedule
- 8:00 a.m: Registration/check-in
- 9:00 a.m: 5k Start
- 10:30 a.m: Fun Dash Start
- 11:30 a.m: Nashville South
- 1:30 p.m: Flow Tribe
