Race Overview

• Purpose: This event is a fundraiser for the Harvest of Life Prison Ministry and is held at Thomasville Road Baptist Church.
• Race Options: There are two race options you can choose from: 5K or 10K.
• Mission: Harvest of Life Ministry believes each person is made in the image of God. God has a plan and purpose for every life.
• Event Goal: We seek to see lives restored and transformed by showing God’s love and grace to those behind bars.

Key Deadlines

• Registration Deadline: Sign up by Feb. 7 to be guaranteed a shirt.
• Swag Bag: First 100 to register receive a swag bag.
• Online Registration: Closes Feb. 28 at 8:30 am.

Packet Pickup

• When:
  • Friday, Feb. 27 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Saturday, Feb. 28 starting at 7:30 am

Race Details

• Start Time: Races start on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 8:30 am for the 5K/10K with chip timing on a certified race course.

Pricing Information

• Until Feb. 7:
  • 5K $20 (Dri-Fit shirt is $10 add-on)
  • 10K $25 (Dri-Fit shirt is $10 add-on)
• Feb. 8 -- Feb. 27:
  • 5K $25 - no shirt
  • 10K $30 - no shirt
  • Shirts may be available for purchase at Packet Pickup or Race Day, but are not guaranteed.
• Race Day:
  • 5K/10K $35 - no shirt
  • Shirts may be available for purchase at Packet Pickup or Race Day, but are not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• There will be no entry or exiting out of the TRBC church parking lot from 8:15 until approximately 9:30 am. Please park at Dorothy B. Oven Park or at The School of Arts and Sciences during this time.
• This event will take place rain or shine.

Other Race Day Activities

• Silent Auction: Ends at 10:00 am – MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
• Pancake Breakfast: 8:00 am - 10:00 am (make sure you hang on to your bib for entry).
• Awards: Race Certificates and Auction Winners will be announced after the races and you must be present to win.

Support and Volunteer Opportunities

• If you have family or friends who would like to enjoy just the pancake breakfast, they can pay at the door - $10 for adults and $5 for children.
