M.A.D. (Make A Difference) Dash - Harvest of Life Ministries

Event Overview

This event is a fundraiser for the Harvest of Life Prison Ministry and is held at Thomasville Road Baptist Church.

Race Options

There are two USATF certified race course options that you can choose from:

• 5K: #FL25030JK
• 10K: #FL25031JK

Mission Statement

Harvest of Life Ministry believes each person is made in the image of God. God has a plan and purpose for every life. We seek to see lives restored and transformed by showing God’s love and grace to those behind bars. We hope to see you at our 8th Annual M.A.D. (Make A Difference) Dash on Feb. 28, 2026!

Registration Details

• Sign Up Deadline: Sign up by Feb. 7 to be guaranteed a shirt.
• Swag Bags: First 100 to register receive a swag bag!
• Online Closing: Online registration closes Feb. 28 at 8:30 am (registration on Race Day is online only).

Packet Pickup and Silent Auction

• Date & Time: Friday, Feb. 27 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Date & Time: Saturday, Feb. 28 starting at 7:30 am

Race Day Information

• Start Time: Races Start on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 8:30 am for the 5K/10K with chip timing on a certified race course.
• Cutoff Time: Race cutoff time is 10:00 am for both races (29:00/mile for the 5K and 14:30/mile for the 10K).

Pricing Information

Until Feb. 7

• 5K: $20 (Dri-Fit shirt is $10 add-on)
• 10K: $25 (Dri-Fit shirt is $10 add-on)

Feb. 8 - Feb. 27

• 5K: $25 - no shirt
• 10K: $30 - no shirt
• Shirts: May be available for purchase at Packet Pickup or Race Day, but are not guaranteed.

On Race Day

• 5K/10K: $35 - no shirt
• Shirts: May be available for purchase at Packet Pickup or Race Day, but are not guaranteed.
• Registration: Race Day registration is online only.

Important Note

There will be no entry or exiting out of the TRBC church parking lot from 8:15 until approximately 9:30 am. If you need to arrive/leave during this time, please park at Dorothy B. Oven Park or at The School of Arts and Sciences. This event will take place rain or shine.

Additional Race Day Activities

• Silent Auction: Ends at 10:00 am (get your bids in before you race) and then hang around to hear the winners announced after the race - MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
• Pancake Breakfast: 8:00 am - 10:00 am (make sure you hang on to your bib for entry).
• Awards: Race Awards presented to the top 3 overall male/female and top 2 male/female for each age group for the 5K/10K.
• Age Group Breakdown: 1-12, 13-19, and then 10yr AG ending with 80+.

Supporters Welcome

If you have any family or friends that want to come support the race by enjoying just the pancake breakfast, they can pay at the door - $10 for adults and $5 for children.
