Pre-Registration Details

• Deadline: Pre-registration for the Saints Run ENDS, Tuesday, March 24 at midnight.
• Race Day Registration: Runners and walkers can register in person on race day starting at 2 p.m. but the cost does increase.
• T-Shirt Guarantee: Only those who are pre-registered are guaranteed a t-shirt.

Race Course

• Certification: Enjoy a USATF certified 5K course (AL23008JE).
• Family Fun: A 1-mile family fun run through beautiful Springhill.
• Purpose: Proceeds support the Chad Saucier Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Scholarship Fund

• Established: In memory of Chad Saucier, Class of 1993.
• Criteria: Given annually to a rising St. Paul’s senior who exhibits respect, integrity, responsibility, service, tolerance, and high moral standards.
• Promote Policies: The chosen student actively promotes alcohol-free and drug-free policies.

Packet Pick-Up

• Early Pick-Up: Friday, March 27, 8am - 2pm at the Student Commons Building at St. Paul’s Episcopal School.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Saints Square from 2:00 – 3:00 pm.

Awards

• Overall Winners: Top male and female overall.
• Age Groups: Adults (ages 15 – 75+): Top three males and females in 5-year age groups.
• Children Awards: Top three males and females in age groups 4 & under, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14.

Celebration Activities

• Location: Pre and post-race celebration in Saints Square.
• Activities: Includes kids activities and light refreshments for participants.

Weather Policy

• Rain or Shine: Saints Run will take place rain or shine except in severe weather conditions.
• Organizer Rights: Organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for safety reasons.
• Rain Date: A rain date of April 26, 2026 has been approved in case the race cannot be completed on March 29.
• Entry Fees: Non-refundable and will be considered a donation to St. Paul’s.
