🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

• Event Type: Family-friendly run/walk!
• Distance Options: Timed events: 5K, 10K or 1 mile options.
• Location: Historic downtown Cape Charles overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.
• Event Date: April 26, 2025, at 21 Bay Avenue, Cape Charles, VA.

🕒 Event Details

• Staggered Start Times: 5K at 9:15 A.M., 10K at 9:00 A.M., and 1 mile at 9:25 A.M.
• Registration: All events require registration.
• Included Items: Each registration includes a t-shirt, timed event, and post-run after party.
• Celebration: Live music, kids activities, snacks and a finisher medal (3rd in a series of 4).

🎨 Color Zone Fun

• Participation: Runners and walkers can opt to participate in the color portion.
• Experience: Be sprayed with bright, fun, harmless, and environmentally safe colors.
• Availability: Color zone will be available for all events: 10K, 5K and 1 mile.

👶 Kids' Activities

• Kiddos Welcome: Free Kids’ Dash will be organized in front of Strawberry Plaza.
• Timing: The Kids’ Dash will take place at the conclusion of other events.
• Bring Friends: Round up those kiddos and bring them along!

♿ Wheelchair Accessibility

• New Addition: Second annual Wheelchair Accessible Race!
• Inclusion: Everyone is welcome to participate!
