Cape Charles LOVE Run

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

Get some miles in at this family-friendly run/walk! Timed events: 5K, 10K or 1 mile options that will take you through Historic Downtown Cape Charles, overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.

⏰ Start Times

• 1 Mile: 9:00 AM
• 10K: 9:15 AM
• 5K: 9:30 AM
• Registration: All events require registration and include a t-shirt, timed event, post-run-party with music, kids' activities, snacks, and a finisher medal (4th in a series of 4).

🌈 Color Zone

Participants can opt to participate in the color zone and be sprayed with bright, fun, harmless, and environmentally safe colors. This color zone will be available for all events: 10k, 5k, and 1 mile.

👶 Kids’ Dash

A free Kids’ Dash will be organized on Bay Avenue at the conclusion of the other events, so round up those kiddos and bring them along!

♿ Accessible Race

We will also have our third annual Wheelchair Accessible Race!
