Get some miles in at this family-friendly run/walk! Timed events: 5K, 10K or 1 mile options that will take you through Historic Downtown Cape Charles, overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.

• 1 Mile: 9:00 AM
• 10K: 9:15 AM
• 5K: 9:30 AM

🎉 Event Highlights

• Registration: All events require registration.
• Inclusions: T-shirt, timed event, post-run party with music, kids' activities, snacks, and a finisher medal (4th in a series of 4).
• Color Zone: Participants can opt to participate in the color zone and be sprayed with bright, fun, harmless, and environmentally safe colors.
• Kids' Dash: A free Kids’ Dash (10 & under) will be organized on Bay Avenue at the conclusion of the other events.

♿ Accessible Events

We will also have our third annual Wheelchair Accessible Race! Participants in the Kids' Dash and Wheelchair Race will receive a prize medal, which is different than the 1-Mile, 5K & 10K finisher medal.

📅 Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, April 24
• Time: 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the Cape Charles Civic Center
• Day-of Pickup: Available at the beach gazebo from 7:45 - 8:45 AM.
• Race Registration: Also available on the day of the LOVE Run.
