Sam's Love

🧡 About Sam's Love

• Organization: Sam's Love is a non-profit organization that supplies baby books to families walking through stillbirth and/or pregnancy loss at no cost.
• In Honor: We are hosting our 3rd 5K in honor of our son who was born sleeping on January 27th, 2021.
• Life of Samuel: Samuel Beckett Honaker lived a brief but rich life where he only knew love and warmth.
• Goal: We hope to raise funds to continue to provide the 25+ organizations with our Sam's Love books nationwide.

🏃‍♀️ Race Details

• Date: The race will be Saturday January 24th, 2026.
• Location: Forsythe Park in Monroe, LA.
• Options: The race will include the option of a one mile fun run or the standard 5K.
• Impact: All funds raised from this race will go directly toward furthering our mission at Sam's Love.

💖 Mission Statement

• Bereavement Care: Our mission is to improve bereavement care by providing our books to families/friends.
• Purpose: A place to remember, celebrate and share with others their precious child.
• Status: We are an official Louisiana 501C3 non-profit.
