Registration
- Pre-registration: Participants are strongly encouraged to pre-register online.
- On-site Registration: Available on race day at 8:00 AM at Beck Middle School (950 Cropwell Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003).
- Mail Registration: Mail paper registration forms and checks to: Meaghan Quay @ 33 Harrowgate Drive, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003. MUST be received by September 9th, 2024.
- Packet Pickup: Packets can be picked up on Friday, September 12th at Fox Hollow Swim Club (51 Partridge Lane, Cherry Hill, NJ, 08003) from 10 AM - 7 PM.
Entry Fee
- February 1st - May 31st: $30
- June 1st - July 31st: $35
- August 1st - September 12th: $40 (Online registration closes at midnight)
- Day of Race: $45 (Race day registration will be at Beck Middle School from 8:00 - 8:45 AM)
Race Description
- Course: The 10th Annual “Fox Trot” 5k is a Run/Walk on a USATF certified course.
- Starting Line: Adjacent to 80 Partridge Lane, finishing at the Fox Hollow Swim Club.
- Race Shirt: Provided for all pre-registered participants and as supplies last on race day.
- Start Time: The race will start at 9:00 AM.
Awards
- Medals for: Male and Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall.
- Age Groups: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male and female in age groups: 8 and under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
Post-Race Celebration
- Award Ceremony: Join us for an award ceremony starting at 10:15 AM.
- Event Location: Fox Hollow Swim Club (51 Partridge Lane, Cherry Hill, NJ).
- Activities: Enjoy catered food, music, raffled door prizes, and more!

Transportation & Parking
- Parking Location: Recommended parking at Beck Middle School.
- Shuttle Service: A bus will be shuttling participants to the starting line.
- Carpooling: Encouraged for those in the immediate vicinity: please carpool or walk to the starting line.
- No Parking: No parking will be allowed on the course: limited street parking available for packet pickup.
