• Description: An all-comers meet focused on SPEED featuring various events for athletes of all ages and abilities.

• Events: 8 different events including a 40 Yard Dash and 800 Meter Run.
• Free Relay: A complimentary 4x100 relay will be available.

• Start Time: 6:00 PM.
• Long Jump: Compete in the long jump event.
• Various Dashes: Participate in the 100 Meter Dash, 200 Meter Dash, and 40 Yard Dash.
• Hurdles: Both 100 Meter Hurdles and 110 Meter Hurdles will be part of the lineup.
• Runs: Engage in the 400 Meter Run and 800 Meter Run.
