It is time to LOVE BIG!!

Please join The Make Lemon Aide Foundation for CP at our annual 5K and One Mile honorary CP Walk/Run/Roll on Sunday, June 8th! Join the foundation in amplifying the message of hope and strength, as we are making the event bigger and better - Let's LOVE BIG together. We are excited to share that we have been providing a decade of support to Children and Adults living with Cerebral Palsy! We are back again this year and beautiful Terminal B at the Outer Harbor for an inclusive day family friendly fun-filled event that honors our CP Warriors!

Whether you have CP, love someone with CP, lost someone you love with CP, or are a supporter of CP at Laps of Love you can show your role at the race and be celebrated for the important role you play!

We are excited to announce our 2025 Laps of Love Ambassador -Emma Vanhorn! Be sure to look out for our friend wearing the green sash!

🏃 The Race Details

Date: Sunday, June 8th
Location: 901 Fuhrmann Blvd, Buffalo, NY
Online Registration: Closes on June 4th
T-Shirt Guarantee: Registrants by May 15th

🥇 Race Accessibility

The 5K is accessible and truly beautiful walk or run along the Outer Harbor Lake Erie. In addition the pre & post-race activities will be at the new Terminal B Amphitheatre on paved ground.

Registration: Available on the day of the event starting at 9:30 AM.
Packet Pickup: Saturday, June 7th from 12 PM-2 PM at the Outer Harbor.
Virtual Participation: Register by May 15th for T-Shirt mail before June 8th.

📅 Race Day Information

Start Times: Rain or Shine

One Mile: Starts at 12:00 PM (Noon).
5K: Starts at 1:00 PM.
Post Race Party: 2 PM - 3 PM.
Pre-Race Activities: Begin at 11 AM.

🎉 Post Race Activities

The Incredible DJ Milk will be joining us to bring fantastic music, Todd Santos Meteorologist from Channel 4 News will be our Emcee, Award Ceremony, Signature Lemonaide stand, Sweet treats stand, individually wrapped finish line snacks, water, lemonade, Adults 21 years old and over will be given 2 beer tickets with registration. Chair Massages by the International Massage Institute, Balloon Brothers, Minions, Princesses and Superheroes, and more!
