American Heritage Girls Run for Jesus 5K

🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

A little about us:

• Organization: We are a nonprofit Faith based program new to Brown County, associated with High Mesa Cowboy Church.
• Age Group: We are a troop for girls aged 5-18 to join!
• Activities: They are able to earn patches, badges, and pins, but our troop is so much more than that.
• Community Focus: We offer a unique program where parents are encouraged to create a relationship between their daughter and God.

💰 Fundraising Mission

Our mission with this fundraiser is to raise money for scholarships for future AHG members, which will make our program more affordable to the community of Brownwood.

🎉 Family Fun Activities

Bring the family-fun for all ages and fitness levels! We will have:

• Fun Booths: Various engaging booths for enjoyment.
• Vendors: Local vendors will be present to showcase their offerings.
• Bouncy Houses: Fun for kids of all ages!
• 5K Run: Join us for the highlight of the event!

💲 Registration Fees

Early Bird Special (thru June 7):

• 5K: $35.00
• Groups of 10+: $25.00 (Groups must have 10+ members. Discount will be refunded to all members after the 10th person registers.)

Registration Fees (after June 7):

• 5K: $40.00

🏆 Award Categories

Age Divisions: Male & Female

• Prizes: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place – Divisions include: 6-8, 12-14, 15-17, 18-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• Overall Winner: Awards for both Male & Female overall winners.

Early Packet Pick-Up:

• Date: 6/21/25
• Time: 3:00 – 5:00 pm
• Location: High Mesa Cowboy Church, 1100 High Mesa Dr, Brownwood TX 76801

Morning of the Race:

• Location: Riverside Park
• Walk-up Registration: 7:00 am – 7:45 am
• 5K Run: 8:00 am
• Awards: After all runners are finished
• Bands, Booths & Vendors: Set up from 8 am – 11 am
