Bosom Buddy Run/Walk

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

The Cedarburg Junior Woman's Annual 5k Bosom Buddy Run/Walk is open to all levels of runners and walkers and is a non-profit event. This will be a timed race with bibs and medals. Shirts will be available to early registrations (until 3/31). Proceeds will be donated to local breast cancer support groups. The start and finish line will be located at the Centennial Park which is near the Cedarburg Community Pool.

⏰ Race Details

• Timed Race: This event includes a timed race with bibs.
• Race Start: 9:00 AM - RACE DAY REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 8:30 AM and will CAP at 300 TIMED runners.
• T-Shirts: Available for 5k early registrations only (before 3/31).
• 5k Finisher Medals: All participants will receive finisher medals.
• Community Swag Bag: First 120 5K RUN/WALK participants will receive a swag bag.

📋 Important Updates

• Packet Pickup: Please make plans to pick up your packet early on Friday at the Amish Guild II in Cedarburg from 3 PM - 6 PM if possible. We could have close to 300 runners.
• Course Changes: Note that the course may change due to city guidelines. It is a 3.1 mile course that will start on Pine Street heading southeast between Harrison and Evergreen Rd.
• Open Course: The course is NOT a closed course. All of the streets will be OPEN for traffic, but will be directed by local officers and volunteers.
• Parking: Please DO NOT PARK ON PINE. Parking is approved at Parkview Elementary, although spots are limited.

This run/walk is benefiting two organizations in Ozaukee County:

• Chix4aCause: Your contributions will help provide financial and emotional support for people fighting cancer in Southeastern Wisconsin and surrounding areas.
• The Aurora Grafton Cancer Center: Your contributions benefit Aurora Grafton Cancer Center and its integrative medicine programs, ensuring every dollar stays local to support cancer care in Ozaukee County.

OVERALL WINNERS: Awards to each top male and female Runner, sponsored by The Amrap Method of Grafton.

AGE GROUP WINNERS: First, Second and Third place winners will be awarded. Age group awards to first place in each age group will be sponsored by TBD.

Age group awards given to top 3 in age groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
