Event Overview
The 10K Tofte Trek starts at Birch Grove Community Center in Tofte and winds its way up the hill towards the Superior Hiking Trail, then comes back down through lots of mud on the snowmobile trail. Runners are proud to wear their muddy badge of courage as they finish.
Eligibility and Awards
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 11 years old to run the Tofte Trek.
- Awards: Overall and age-group awards.
- Dog Policy: Dogs are NOT allowed on the race course or in the Birch Grove Community Center.
Race Schedule
- 9:00 a.m. 10k Wilderness Walk ($40 pre-registration, $45 same day online registration only)
- 9:05 a.m. kids (4-12) sprint race (Free)
- 9:20 a.m. one-mile race (Free)
- 9:30 a.m. 10k Wilderness Run ($40 pre-registration, $45 same day online registration only)
Additional Information
- Packet Pickup: Racers can pick up their race packets on race day in the morning, from 7:30am-8:50am.
- T-shirt Availability: Tofte Trek T-shirts provided to the first 200 registrants for the 10k walk/run.
