- Five Mile Course: Fast and flat (The Winter Run in reverse)
- Ten Mile Course: Features a challenging up-hill section and is run twice
- Registration: Opens at 8:00 am
- Shirts: Long sleeve soft cotton shirts for the first 100 registrants
🏆 Awards and Prizes
- Top Finishers: Awards for the top 3 overall male/female in each race
- Age Group Awards: 10 year age group awards
- Donated Prizes: Free pair of Brooks Ghost or Adrenaline for 1st place, gift cards/swags for 2nd and 3rd place
- Gift Cards: Four $50 gift cards to Croton Running Company for 4 lucky finishers (2 from each race)
📜 Race History
- Founding Member: Ed Erichson was a key figure in establishing the Mid-Hudson Road Runners Club in 1979
- First Race: The Inaugural Run, organized by Erichson
- Legacy: Erichson passed away in 1984, prompting a name change to honor him
- Scholarship Fund: A scholarship fund in his name supports graduating Hyde Park School District runners annually
